We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our well‑established facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising occupancy rates and building strong relationships with local authorities. With a passion for elderly care, you will ensure our home maintains its good rating with the CQC and continues to receive positive reviews on
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high‑quality care services.
- Maintain and improve our CQC rating.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy.
- Uphold the home’s reputation for excellence and compassionate care.
- Proven experience in managing a care home.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Passionate about elderly care.
- Starting salary: £35,000 plus bonus.
