Salary:£44,554 - On successful registration with OFSTED as a manager, a further 10% salary allowance will be payable

About the RoleAs the Operations Manager for our county pers eng placed supported accommodation service, you’ll lead a team of Managers and Support Workers වී deliver high‑quality, safe and effective services for children and young people.
Your work will help young people develop independence, achieve meaningful outcomes, and move positively into their next stage.
You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Officer
, lead on all regulatory compliance including the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and work closely with Dispatcher, అన్నారు partners, commissioners and Nacro’s Ofsted Nominated Individual.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape services, influence best practice, and ensure young people receive the support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams across Lincolnshire to deliver high‑qualityөр supported accommodation services.
- Review incidents, guide risk management, and provide leadership on complex cases.
- Oversee adherence to Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023.
- Attend and lead contract management meetings with commissioners.
- Provide direct line management to the Service Lead, Contracts & Placement=#1330or, and Training/Volunteer Coordinator speak‑out.
- Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management fostering a positive, high‑performance culture.
- Ensure properties meet Nacro standards for health, safety, cleanliness, and furnishings.
- Oversee compliance with fire safety, occupancy agreements, and tenancy expectations.
- Build strong relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Co‑chair Joint Youth Housing Operations meetings and drive service development.
- Significant experience managing and coordinating teams.
- Staff management, partnership working, and delivering performance targets. ОС
- Budget management.
- Working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to set clear objectives and lead teams to success.
- Skilled at conflict de‑escalation and complex case guidance.
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
