Senior Operations Manager (Multi-Site)
Location: Lincolnshire / Midlands area
Salary: £42,500 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

APCOA is seeking a capable, strategically minded Senior Operations or Contract Manager to take ownership of a multi-site operation across Lincolnshire. This role suits someone who thrives on people leadership, operational control, and elevating service standards, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
This appointment is ideal for a seasoned Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Regional Manager, Contract Manager or Security Manager who is used to running busy, high-volume environments with diverse teams and wants a position offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to influence board-level decisions.
The RoleYou will be the senior operational lead across several key sites — trusted to make decisions, shape processes, and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on, people-driven leadership role where your experience will genuinely make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, service, quality and compliance
- Oversee P&L performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth
- Coach, motivate, and develop site managers and frontline teams, setting high expectations and supporting their success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for operational delivery
- Present operational performance confidently at internal leadership meetings
- Drive service improvements, embed best practice and lead change programmes
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure full adherence to company and contractual standards
- A solid background managing multi-site operations in parking, security, FM, logistics, transport, waste, retail, or any environment with high staff volumes
- Confident leadership and the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to optimise performance
- A proactive, organised approach with the resilience to manage multiple priorities
- A hands‑on leadership style and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Salary up to £42,500
