We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team, ensuring consistently high standards of cleaning and hygiene for our clients.

This is a key role within a professional facilities team, delivering a proactive and customer‑focused service at all times.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide the required documentation. Good physical ability is essential for this role.

The Cleaning Supervisor will be based in an Emergency Services hub, supervising site staff and performing the supervisory duties that accompany the role, as well as hands‑on cleaning in areas that may include body spills.

The role requires availability for 2 out of 4 Saturdays and the flexibility to assist with out‑of‑hours calls when required. HEP C vaccination is a requirement for this position.

Working closely with the Management team, you will ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time, to the required standard, while maintaining a safe, well‑organised, and professional working environment.

• Supervise and support a team of Cleaning Operatives to deliver a consistent, high‑quality service.
• Organise staff cover for holidays and absences to ensure service continuity.
• Order, monitor, and replenish cleaning stock and consumables.
• Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks to the team.
• Complete cleaning audits and liaise with the client team to ensure standards are met.
• Promote high standards of safety, hygiene, and customer service across all areas.
