Maintenance Assistant

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Assistant to join our awesome team at Gravity in Lincoln. This is a permanent, part-time position (25 hours a week), and we’re all about flexibility, so we hope you are too!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fix-It Guru:
  Tackle minor repairs and maintenance tasks with a smile, as directed by our Team Manager.
• Add Some Color:
  Dive into painting and decorating to keep our spaces looking fresh and vibrant.
• Customer Hero:
  Respond quickly and efficiently to tenant needs, making their stay with us even better.
• Time Management Pro:
  Ensure every task is completed on schedule and to our high standards.
• Be Proactive:
  Spot any maintenance work that needs doing – even the stuff we haven’t noticed yet!
• Flat Turnaround Expert:
  Help clear out newly vacant flats and get them ready for the next resident.
• Emergency Responder:
  Be on call for any urgent repairs – because we know life happens.
• Team Player:
  Jump in and help out with any other reasonable requests from Management.

• Experience Matters:
  At least 2 years in a similar role is a must.
• Maintenance Know-How:
  You’ve got solid knowledge of property maintenance.
