The Role

The successful candidate will handle a full residential conveyancing caseload, working under pressure and to tight deadlines while providing excellent client care and satisfaction.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pick up and develop a full residential conveyancing caseload
  • Generate work and convert quotations
  • Prepare and undertake necessary searches
  • Client liaison and coordination with estate agents
  • Produce standard contract documentation
  • Cross‑refer clients to other departments
  • Deal with enquiries and post‑completion related correspondence (Stamp Duty Land Tax, Companies House, balance clearance)

Hours:

09:00 – 17:15, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)

Qualifications

Experienced conveyancer with previous experience of a residential caseload and working with a case‑management system.

  • Excellent communication, written and numeracy skills
