Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation and Optimisation

Location:

Lincoln, Lincolnshire (hybrid role with option to work from the central London office 2 days per week)

Duration:
Full Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
Up to £68,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual salary reviews, critical illness cover, a non‑contractual bonus scheme, an enhanced holiday package of 38 days, and health and wellbeing support.

• Take ownership of managing a range of IT projects across the business, including enterprise application system migrations, integrations, and consolidations
• Carry out strategic project planning and data and business information gathering
• Assess that the business has sufficient internal resources to deliver IT projects within pre‑agreed SLAs
• Conduct frequent meetings with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure they are well informed
• Manage projects including Salesforce CRM implementations, Office 365 migrations, data warehousing, and digital transformations
• Ensure IT governance, policies, and regulations are fully adhered to at all times
• Create project schedules and inform project team members of assigned responsibilities

• Certified project management professional such as PRINCE2 or PMP
• Previous experience implementing Salesforce and CPQ modules into a large SaaS organisation is highly desirable
• Experience in delivering large‑scale digital transformation projects, including CRM or ERP implementations
• Full knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Lean methodologies
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IT security and governance compliance standards
• ITIL certification is highly advantageous
• Demonstrable proficiency working with Salesforce, the Atlassian Suite, MS 365 and Sage
• Confident communicator on all levels, including stakeholders
• Ability to inspire, motivate and influence others
