Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
  • Lead the development of impactful product training, onboarding, and CPD sessions.
  • Design innovative e-learning content to support blended learning strategies.
  • Champion the Workday Learning platform and promote Linked In Learning to drive self-directed development.
  • Support change initiatives such as system rollouts with tailored learning solutions.
  • Bring training to life through interactive virtual platforms and in-person sessions when needed.
  • Partner with different business areas to develop and deliver business product training and ongoing training programs for team members across the Barbon brands.
  • Provide support including facilitation of Induction programs, monitoring and oversight, and record-keeping to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Drive change by exploring all training delivery options and promoting effective engagement with team members.
  • Develop engaging, high-quality product e-learning materials across all brands.
  • Deliver structured and bespoke training to support induction and CPD requirements in relevant business areas.
  • Act as a champion for the Workday Learning Management System and promote Linked In Learning as a development tool.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to communicate changes (e.g., product launches and systems) in line with business needs.
  • Proactively identify ad-hoc training requirements and coordinate with the department lead for planning.
  • Mobility and travel may be required to support teams across locations.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks to support the business and the wider BI Team as needed.

Notes

This role has responsibility for developing training for all team members across the Barbon Group brands through a consultative approach, taking full ownership of the training cycle for business-wide projects, including research, design, delivery, and evaluation. The role also focuses on using technology to support blended learning and leading the use of virtual platforms where appropriate.
