Through our registered schools, college, and care homes, we support children up to the age of 19 with education and care, and offer residential care and supported living for adults aged 18 to 65

We're looking for Night Practitioners to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe, Lincoln

As a Life Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.

Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow;
Level 1: £12.85 Level 2: £13.35 Level 3: £13.85
