The Role

We're looking for Support Workers to join our team at Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe, Lincoln

As a Support Worker you'll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include:

• Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
• Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
