The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and professional physiotherapy/rehabilitation service for entitled personnel, including highly specialised musculoskeletal, sports and training injury work.
Job responsibilities- Perform advanced physio therapeutic assessment of patients referred by Consultants, General Practitioners and other Healthcare Professionals.
- Provide accurate clinical diagnosis using evidence‑based practice and clinical reasoning.
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment programmes.
- Maintain professional and legal accountability to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC).
- Ensure compliance with regional healthcare governance and policy standards.
- Communicate clearly with patients to obtain informed consent and maximise rehabilitation potential.
- Prioritise and manage own clinical caseload efficiently.
Assessment will be based on CV, interview and technical skills. Technical skill assessment focuses on NHS Core competencies and Health & Wellbeing frameworks (communication, personal development, service improvement, interventions & treatment, quality).
Person specification Qualifications- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Relevant experience in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions.
- Equivalent to graduate diploma level of study.
- Post‑graduate clinical experienceipse.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC).
- State registered Physiotherapist (HCPC).
- Provide your membership registration number.
£37,338 to £44,962 per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time).
