We're looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Acacia Hall, Lincoln.

Your role will include:

• Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
• Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
