We have an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Team Leader to join our team at our Community Supported Living service, The Haven based in Lincoln LN6 8AP
.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Team Leader
, you will tailor your approach to each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration.
You will supervise staff, work collaboratively as part of a team, support and encourage colleagues, and take risks by trying new approaches.
Qualifications- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent).
- Qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards).
- In‑depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults is beneficial.
