Base Pay RangeSupport Worker Waking Nights – Respite Service:
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 30 hours weekly

As a Support Worker for the Waking Nights Respite Service, you will embody our core values. Your role involves providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. You will provide personal care, administer medication, conduct security checks, and assist with domestic tasks, creating an environment of warmth and care.
QualificationsPrior industry experience or specific qualifications are not required. On‑boarding includes step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals whose personal values align with those of Making Space.
