The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping clients make informed decisions, providing expert advice tailored to their needs while operating within the regulatory framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering proactive, ongoing mortgage and protection advice to clients introduced by Mundys Estate Agents

* Working closely with professional support staff to ensure a smooth, efficient client journey

* Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients to meet their full financial needs

* · Maintaining professional competence through continuous training, qualifications, and legislative updates

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

* Proven experience within a mortgage advice environment

* Strong technical knowledge of current legislation

* Confident use of mortgage and protection sourcing/research software

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

* A track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

* Full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence
