?? Finance Business Partner �?? Higher Education | London, Hybrid?? Permanent | ?? £60,000 | ?? Full Time An experienced Finance Business Partner is required to provide high-quality financial insight and strategic support across multiple business areas within a complex organisation undergoing significant change. Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with executive and senior leadership teams to support decision-making, financial planning and performance management.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role combining strong management accounting expertise, business partnering and stakeholder engagement across finance and non-finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial performance management for multiple business areas, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning Deliver accurate, timely management information and insightful analysis to senior stakeholders Act as the key finance contact for your portfolio, building strong, trusted relationships Support the development of cost-saving and revenue-optimisation initiatives Lead on the financial development of business cases, translating complex inputs into clear, well-understood financial plans Contribute to the development of new programmes, projects and strategic initiatives
About You:
Strong management accounting background with up-to-date technical knowledge Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience delivering impactful financial analysis and insight Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-finance audiences Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines Desirable:
Experience working within a large, complex or public-sector organisation Experience in higher education or a similarly regulated environment Why join?
