• Guiding customers through their post‑sale journey with clear communication and support from purchase through to handover.
• Overseeing vehicle preparation and documentation, ensuring everything is ready to the highest standard.
• Delivering smooth, seamless handovers and encouraging customer feedback through reviews.

• A natural people person with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Confident and professional, taking pride in representing both JCT
  600 and the brand(s).
• Driven to go the extra mile, ensuring every customer leaves feeling truly valued.

• Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years)
