Multi-Skilled Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer

To work as part of the Mill Engineering team to meet the full maintenance & operational requirements of Navenby Feed Mill.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our feed mill machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance
, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize disruption and optimize performance.

• BTEC Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Electrically qualified to 18th edition.
• Mechanical Qualification.
• Organised.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible approach to demands.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm
