As part of their growth strategy, Fenner are now looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Director to take accountability for driving profitable growth, innovation, and people development .

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping business strategy, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustained success.

• Full P&L accountability for your business line, identifying and delivering new product and market opportunities
• Drive marketing and sales excellence, including effective use of CRM tools to optimise funnels, lead conversion, and customer engagement
