• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Provide rapid response to breakdowns when required.
• Fault find, trouble‑shoot and maintain, repair conveyor systems, equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to ensure minimum lost production time.
• Follow up any faults picked up on PPMs.
• Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise operation effectiveness and reliability of the factory and associated systems.
• Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works.
• Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Keep and maintain all company‑issued tools safe and serviceable.
• Work proactively toward continued success and support of the business with a can‑do attitude.
• Complete any other tasks requested by management.
• Keep workstations tidy and well maintained.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in mechanical engineering and relevant experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Experience with compressed air and hydraulic systems an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
