Model‑Based Systems Engineer – Lincoln (LN6)

Team & RoleLed by our Principal Solution Architect, the team is based at our modern Lincoln HQ on Teal Park, typically spending three days in the office and two from home giving you the best of both worlds: collaboration and flexibility.
About the roleAs a thought leader, you’ll shape complex technical concepts from analysis through to delivery, applying your Model‑Based Systems Engineering expertise to help design and implement cutting‑edge solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for driving an expansion of our system modelling and simulation efforts, and we are therefore looking for people that can bring expertise and guidance in this area.
EssentialExperience
- Systems Engineering
- Coding experience (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Experience in integrating heterogeneous models across different engineering disciplines
- Test and acceptance of integrated systems
- Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
- Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems
- Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
- Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
- System Design Documentation
- Previous ex‑Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition)
- UK National and eligible to work in the UK
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC‑level security clearance
