Lincoln Castle Academy is a medium sized secondary academy located in the Cathedral City of Lincoln. The Academy is accessible from across the county and has over 700 students. The successful applicant will provide high-quality leadership and management commensurate with the needs of the academy and the Delta Academies Trust group. ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will:
- Provide high quality leadership and management of SEN provision in the academy
- Lead and develop the SENCO function within the Delta Academies Trust group
- Contribute to the academy's drive for high standards of achievement and personal development for all students
Essential: dedication, vision and drive to lead and inspire; experience appropriate to the SENCO role; ability to work within a multi-academy trust environment.
