If you’re confident in the sports hall, happy on a muddy pitch, and steady in the classroom, Lincoln’s schools want you. We work with a tight network of secondaries, SEN schools and alternative provisions that regularly take on PE teachers through supply and many of these placements turn into full-time roles once you’ve shown what you can do.
You get to try different schools, prove yourself, and step straight into a contract when the fit is right.

What we’re looking for

• QTS or equivalent

• Confident behaviour management and a calm approach

• Ability to deliver both practical and theory PE

• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups

• Driving helps around Lincoln but isn’t essential

What you’ll be doing

• Leading practical PE sessions across a range of sports

• Teaching key theory topics when needed

• Supporting fixtures, clubs and enrichment

• Building routines quickly and keeping expectations clear

• Slotting into PE teams who value reliability and enthusiasm
