Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £90 £ 105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role

If you re someone who loves helping children grow, learn, and feel confident, this role is for you. Heart of Supply is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools across Lincoln.

As a Teaching Assistant, you ll bring patience, positivity, and creativity into the school day. You ll support learning, encourage independence, and make sure every child feels valued and included. No two days will ever be the same, but every day, you ll make a real difference.

What you will need

• Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
• A kind, calm, and confident approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
• Ability to follow the teacher s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to work across different year groups
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
