GSL Education are currently recruiting a passionate and qualified SEN Teacher to work on a supply basis across special educational needs (SEN) schools in Lincoln
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience supporting children with additional needs. Supply work offers flexibility, with the potential for permanent placements as opportunities arise.

• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
• Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Creating a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
• Working closely with support staff, therapists and SENCOs to meet individual needs
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience working with SEN children in a school or specialist setting
• A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
