Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

As a Teaching Assistant you will be someone who brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm into the classroom, supporting learning, encouraging independence, and helping every child feel seen and valued. With no two days are the same your impact will be felt. We have numerous positions including 1:1 support, small group interventions and whole classroom support starting after October half-term for both full- and part-time roles.

• Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
• A kind, friendly, approachable nature - with a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
