SEN Teaching Assistant Required – Secondary Schools (Lincoln Area)

Academics are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in secondary schools across the Lincoln area. This role is temporary and long-term, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. It is an excellent opportunity to support students with additional needs in a rewarding educational setting.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to access learning and engage positively in the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to support behaviour, learning and emotional needs.

• Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs
• A patient, caring and resilient attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
