Heart of Supply is recruiting Primary Teachers to support our partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. These flexible roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms. You ll step into a range of schools, delivering engaging lessons, following pre-set plans, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
We re looking for adaptable, confident primary teachers who can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff, manage behaviour positively, and bring energy and calm to each day. You ll need to be proactive, reliable, and able to slot into new settings with ease, whether you re teaching phonics in Reception or guiding a Year 6 class through revision.

Whatyou will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
- The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
- Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
- A minimum of 6 weeks teaching experience in the UK
