Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

About the Role:

Support class teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Work with pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within whole-class settings

Assist with lesson activities, classroom organisation, and learning resources

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and progress

The Ideal Candidate :

Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

A patient, supportive, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (desirable but not essential)

Passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing
