Collaboratingwithinternationaldesignstudiosandworkinghands-onintheworkshop,youllplayakeyroleineverystageofdevelopment,fromprototypetoproduction. Upholstery Product Developer role :
Developandrefineprototypes,testingcomfort,ergonomics,anddurability. Source,test,andevaluateupholsterymaterials,foams,andfinishesthatmeetdesignandsustainabilitygoals. Carryoutupholsteryworkintheworkshopwhenneeded. Liaisewithsuppliers,manufacturers,andinternalteamstoensureprojectsrunsmoothlyfromsamplingthroughtoproduction. Continuouslyimproveexistingproductrangesandexplorenewopportunitiesforinnovation. About You Provenexperienceinupholsteryandpatterncutting. Strongknowledgeofupholsteryconstruction,foams,textilesandframes. Practicalproblem-solverwithahands-on,can-do attitude. Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills. Technicaldrawingor
CADskills(Solid Works,AutoCAD,orsimilar) desirable. Whatsonofferforthe Upholstery Product Developer :
Salarybetween £30,000-£35,000,withroomtogrow. 25daysholidayplusbankholidays. Companypensioncontribution.
