The role requires C1 fluency in French and English, handling customer inquiries via telephone and email. You'll maintain the CRM system and assist with quotations, orders, and logistics for the French market. This fixed-term contract offers a salary of £27,000 per annum plus benefits and is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about customer service.
