Customer Service Advisor – Grimsby

Salary: £13.59 per hour / Equivalent to £26,500 annually.

Contract: 8‑week contract with potential extension (Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Onsite).

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and processing consumable orders via phone and email. Your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide accurate and supportive responses will be key to ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. You'll log and document every interaction, ensuring compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from both prospective and existing customers.
• Raise and process customer consumable orders accurately.
• Determine customer needs and deliver the best possible resolution.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and correctly.
• Communicate in an empathetic and supportive manner at all times.
• Follow all SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide an excellent overall customer experience.

• Previous customer service experience (phone or email‑based).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
• A calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced customer environment.
