Customer Care Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus.
Monday to Friday 8:55 am to 5:30 pm (8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week). Permanent, full‑time, office‑based. Applicants must live within a one‑hour commute of Barton‑upon‑Humber.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Liaise with showrooms.
- Proactively resolve customer queries.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Identify and escalated issues to appropriate team members as required.
- Handle any complaints or issues.
- Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Must be able to commute to Barton‑upon‑Humber daily.
- Experience in customer service (call centres, retail, hospitality, etc.) is required.
- Must have experience working towards targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft.
- Strong organisational skills.
