On behalf of a highly respected Tier 1 main contractor, we are recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Lincoln.

This contractor has an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the UK’s most interesting and technically challenging projects, with typical contract values ranging from £25m to £150m. The Role

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Senior and Managing Quantity Surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle of major construction projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting

* Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

* Preparing and managing valuations and variations

* Assisting with cost reporting and commercial administration

* Supporting the management of final accounts

* Working collaboratively with site, design, and commercial teams

This is a structured graduate role with clear progression, mentoring, and professional development support.

The Ideal Candidate

* Graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or a related construction discipline

* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn within a Tier 1 environment

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Good communication skills and the confidence to work within large, professional teams

* A genuine interest in working on complex, high-value construction projects
