We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering essential water infrastructure projects under the Anglian Water AMP8 framework. This role is ideal for a driven and safety-focused individual with a background in the water sector. The position is due to start in early September 2025.

• Manage and oversee all site activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, RAMS, and permits.
• Liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and the project management team.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the water or utilities sector, preferably on AMP frameworks.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential.
• Strong understanding and commitment to Health & Safety practices on construction/utility sites.
• Valid CSCS card - preferred.
• First Aid at Work - desirable.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
