Medical Secretary

Location: Lincoln

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Temporary - 12 weeks

Hours: Full-time, on-site

Start Date: ASAP

• Manage patient appointments, referrals, and clinic schedules.
• Act as first point of contact for patients and external enquiries.
• Prepare and process clinical correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Liaise with clinical staff and external providers to support patient care.
• Provide general administrative support to the medical team.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
