Provide customer service to clients and employees following post orders, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the perimeter.;
Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization, and direct traffic flow for deliveries.;
Respond to incidents and coordinate with site leadership and emergency services when required.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate security-related concerns to supervision, and support investigations with timely observations and video review when available.
