The Role

Enforces all policies to ensure safe, fair, and efficient operation of Bally's Lincoln Casino, while providing excellent guest service throughout the facility.

• Strategically posted at the facility’s three entrances 24 hours a day to observe guests entering and departing the property.
• Check identification of individuals entering the premises in compliance with Rhode Island state law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours a day; monitor communications, surveillance cameras (non-gaming areas), and dispatch appropriate responses.
• Maintain CAD (computer aided dispatch) log for all calls for service.
• Staff the Card and Destruction Room daily; inspect and cancel all cards and dice removed from the gaming floor; maintain logs of visitors, staff, and inventory entering the Destruction Room.
• Staff the Badging Office and create/modify badges for staff, vendors, and visitors; monitor surveillance cameras (non-gaming areas) and maintain CAD logs.
• Possess extensive knowledge of all Bally's Lincoln Casino facilities.
• Assist guests by providing information or directing to the appropriate source for assistance.
• Rove self-parking lots, valet, exterior areas, and staff the badge office for employee check distribution and temporary badges issuance as needed.
• Report hazardous, dangerous, or unsafe conditions to security immediately.
• Cannot act as current law enforcement security officers or assist with disturbances or arrests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to read and write English.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

• Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Rhode Island Driver Operator License.

• Stand, walk several hundred feet, climb, carry, hear, bend, and stoop.
• Use manual dexterity, follow directions, and adhere to detail.
• Regular eye/hand coordination.

• Hot, cold, noisy, wet, dry, dusty, smoky environments.
• Rotating shifts; contact with violent individuals.
• Moderate to loud noise level.

Target Hourly Range: $20.75

• Lincoln, RI region – Full-time role in a security capacity.
