In this pivotal role, you will conduct in-home sales consultations for sewer repair and replacement solutions, including light commercial projects. Utilizing your plumbing knowledge and sales experience, you'll expertly assess sewer line conditions using advanced in-pipe video technology, clearly educate homeowners on identified issues, and offer professional, tailored solutions.

- Sewer Line Assessment:
Conduct thorough video inspections of underground sewer lines to accurately assess their condition. - Issue Identification:
Precisely identify sewer lines requiring repair or replacement based on your technical assessment. - Customer
Education:
Clearly explain diagnosed issues to customers in a professional, understandable, and empathetic manner. - Solution Presentation:
Provide accurate written estimates and comprehensive repair/replacement options tailored to customer needs. - Process & Benefit Explanation:
Educate customers on the sewer replacement process, the benefits of our services, and available financing options. - Contract & Financing:
Prepare contracts and expertly guide customers through financing options to facilitate sales. - Exceptional Service:
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the entire consultation and sales process, ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience is required. - Outside Sales
Experience:
At least 2 years of outside sales experience. - Plumbing Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience, providing crucial technical understanding.
- Technical Acumen:
Technically knowledgeable in sewer systems and general plumbing. - Communication & Sales
Skills:
Strong communicator with proven sales acumen, confident in presenting solutions and closing sales. - Customer-Centric:
Trustworthy, punctual, and highly customer-service oriented. - Driver's License: A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
- Pre-Employment Checks:
Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
