Technical Support Representative

Position Summary:

Support Technicians provide technical support at the first stage level and assists other team members as necessary.

• Duties:
  Provide call center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff.
• Serve as first level support for troubleshooting of issues encountered in store rollouts. Rollouts may include POS/RX hardware and Telephony.
• Assist with remote equipment troubleshooting and ensure process adherence.
• Data entry regarding resolution of issues and technicians progress while technicians are completing work within the store.
• Support Technicians may be assigned multiple projects simultaneous.

• Experience:
  
  Must possess clear and accurate communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have basic computer troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook a plus but not a requirement.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical installation experience a plus but not a requirement.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware a plus but not a requirement.
• Customer Service/Technical Support experience in a Call Center environment is a MUST.
