• Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone.
• Coordinate repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all parts‑related requests.
• Provide weekday and weekend on‑call support (every 5th or 6th weekend) for emergency parts needs, including responding to calls and coming into the office if required.
• Work one evening per week (until 6:00 PM) to support after‑hours parts service requests.
• Accurately pick, pack, and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, Fed Ex, or other delivery services when on‑call support.
• Maintain records and ensure efficient workflow in parts processing.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented, yet capable of working independently.
• Flexible and dependable, especially during on‑call and emergency situations.
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
• Microsoft Office 365 knowledge is a plus, but not required.
