Human Resources Manager

Overview

The Wilner Group has partnered with a multinational organization that serves every continent. They design and manufacture unique, critical-to-function components and subassemblies that enable their customers’ larger systems in noble industries. Together we are searching for a Human Resources Business Manager to join their team at their Lincoln, RI location.

This newly created role reports directly to the Global Head of HR and combines local HR leadership with global impact. You’ll be the HR lead for our headquarters in Lincoln, RI, oversee HR Operations (benefits, compensation, compliance, processes), and collaborate with peers in Mexico, India, China, and Romania to standardize practices and shape culture. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in HR operations, benefits, and compensation.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology systems.

Compensation: $120k - $135k based on experience.
