Job Description: National Financial Solutions Advisor – Development Program at Bank of America. We’re building relationships with individuals and businesses across the country, serving 67 million clients through a specialist workforce and digital platform. We seek the next generation of Financial Solutions Advisors who are motivated to grow a long-term career and help clients improve their financial lives.
Through a contact center environment, FSAs leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners to provide the full power of the Enterprise by delivering advice to help clients achieve their financial goals; solutions include investment, banking, and lending. FSAs set clear expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.
ResponsibilitiesAs a National Financial Solutions Advisor (DP), you begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated classes for your Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 66 exams. After obtaining licenses, you will be trained in foundational advisor skills—from acquiring and managing client relationships to guiding clients with solutions for their financial needs, while humanizing financial interactions. In a contact center environment, FSAs collaborate with core banking and investment partners to deliver the Enterprise’s advice and solutions (investment, banking, lending) and ensure a smooth Bank of America/Merrill relationship.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You will register with the federal registry system and complete the SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Once you demonstrate success, you may advance to other Financial Solutions Advisor roles. We support your career with dedicated programs, tools and resources throughout your journey.
What We’ll Help You WithEarn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and your Series 7 & 66 within 90 days, as a role requirement.

Pay and Benefits information:
Pay range $26.44 - $28.85 hourly; offers determined by experience, education and skill set. This role is base salary-based and not incentive eligible. Benefits: benefits eligible; provided are industry-leading benefits and paid time off, with resources and support for employees.
