We are partnering with a wonderful school district in Newport County, RI to hire a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist for the remainder of the  school year.

In this role, you'll provide compassionate speech and language services to students in grades 5‑8. You'll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students reach their full potential academically and socially through individualized interventions and support.

• Grade Level: Middle School, grades 5‑8

  7:48 AM – 2:48 PM
• Start Date:
  
  January 2026
• End Date:
  June 2026

• Provide speech and language therapy services to middle school students.
• Complete evaluations, IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.

• Valid RI SLP license and state DOE certification.
• Previous school‑based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
