The Role
The Event Center Usher is primarily responsible for assisting guests in locating their seats for concerts and events. Other responsibilities include scanning tickets, setting up row and seat markers, and general customer service. This is an on-call (as needed) position that requires standing and walking for several consecutive hours. We are looking for people with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

- Interact with concert going guest and create smooth, enjoyable experiences.
- Direct guests to their seats and provide any information they may have.
- A friendly personality is essential.
- Other job functions include scanning tickets, setting up the room with section and row markers, and general customer service.
- Ability to stand and walk for several consecutive hours.
- Superior organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays which may result in extended hours.
- Friendly and personable.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses
Physical/Mental Requirements- Will be required to be able to remain on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment.
