Supervise warehouse team, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.;
Prepare stock orders and assist with setting inventory levels using min/max systems.;

Pull, cut, and stage products for daily load-out; coordinate with scheduling manager to ensure readiness.;
Maintain warehouse security and assist with installer load-out and outgoing shipments.
