Forklift Picker

Forklift Picker -- First shift/4 Day work week -- Weekly Pay

We pay $18 - $21 per hour.

• Practice smart operating techniques to ensure the safety of the entire team.
• Use warehouse software to accurately log where products are located.
• Pick orders with standing forklifts, pallet jacks, and load trucks according to schedule.
• Hand sort and stack parts when necessary.
• Wrap and package products coming out of production departments.
• Unload inbound trucks and place in warehouse utilizing warehouse software.
• Fill out trailer logs to ensure accurate load information.
• Visually inspect parts that are picked for any rust or noticeable flaws.
• Pull non-conforming inventory and place in quarantine location with proper labeling.
• Record job progress data accurately both handwritten and through ERP software.

• Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency with turret trucks and forklifts.
• Experience in unloading and inventory management.
• Minimum tenure of 6+ months in the most recent position.
• 2+ years of experience on standup forklift.
• Comfortable with heights.

Work in a large sheet metal facility with heated and air-conditioned warehouses, located in an Airpark. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with Friday reserved for mandatory hours when applicable. The team is expanding to reach 35 members, and you will report to the warehouse supervisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
