• Pay Rate:
  Drivers average $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
• Schedule:
  
  4 day work weeks, no Saturdays.
• Day 1 benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company‑paid life insurance.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination using commercial driving regulations and skillful maneuvering.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
