We are seeking a skilled and reliable Recovery Driver - Heavy Duty to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for providing efficient and safe recovery services for heavy‑duty vehicles in various situations, ensuring minimal disruption to traffic flow and prioritizing safety at all times.

• Operate heavy‑duty recovery vehicles and equipment to tow, recover, and transport disabled or damaged heavy‑duty vehicles
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and dispatch instructions
• Assess recovery situations and determine the most appropriate methods and equipment for safe vehicle recovery
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs when necessary
• Secure and stabilize vehicles for safe transportation
• Maintain accurate records of recovery operations, including documentation of damages and service reports
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating recovery vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and dispatchers
• Navigate efficiently through Dubai's road network using GPS and local knowledge
• Perform regular maintenance checks on recovery vehicles and equipment

• Valid heavy‑duty vehicle driver's license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy‑duty vehicle recovery
• Proven experience operating various types of heavy‑duty recovery vehicles and equipment
• Strong knowledge of towing and recovery techniques for heavy‑duty vehicles
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures in recovery operations
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform the demanding tasks associated with vehicle recovery
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Dubai
• Familiarity with Dubai's road network and traffic patterns
• Towing and recovery certification (preferred)
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Candidates with skills or knowledge in mechanics, electrical, or other relevant technical areas that can support workshop operations or project needs will be given preference.
