PARTNER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST, PLAYFLY MAX – Lincoln, Nebraska (On-Campus/Hybrid)
Playfly Sports is looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist, Playfly Max to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. Playfly is building a new on-campus NIL team at Nebraska, and we’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Partner Solutions Specialist to help bring brand and athlete partnerships to life. This role is pivotal to the success of our NIL programming in its inaugural year, serving as the operational engine behind contract execution, content fulfillment, and campaign delivery.
WhatYou’ll Accomplish
- Own the end-to-end fulfillment process for NIL campaigns involving University of Nebraska student-athletes and partner brands.
- Serve as the liaison between student-athletes, brand representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables.
- Develop and manage activation timelines, checklists, and campaign trackers.
- Support content planning, scheduling, and distribution tied to brand collaborations.
- Assist in preparing and processing contracts for NIL deals and corporate partnerships.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure compliance with NCAA and university guidelines.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and administrative staff as needed.
- Support branded content development, including gathering creative assets, managing athlete deliverables, and organizing approvals.
- Collaborate with the Creates and Insights teams on visual collateral and storytelling.
- Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders in the NIL ecosystem at the University of Nebraska, including athletics staff, student-athletes, brand reps, and campus partners.
- Build social content on behalf of student-athletes, brands, and the Huskers Radio Network.
- Host short form social media content, podcasts, and other collaborations with the Huskers Radio Network.
- Aid in the execution of special events.
- Potential to contribute to future content initiatives, including creation of digital content and hosting interviews or narrating content elements.
- Assist with reporting, campaign recaps, and other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or related areas.
- Familiarity with NIL, college athletics, or influencer campaigns is a strong plus.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong understanding of social media and podcasts.
- Interest in on-camera work is a plus.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk up stairs
- Ability and willingness to travel to events and competitions as needed
- Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends around sporting events
